I have re-sent the e-mail today at 11.11am and later 'phoned the GMC on 0161 923 6602
To make sure that it had arrived (no notice of failure) I spoke with Ms Sarah Holt who answered. She could not find a record of it, and told me that the GMC only looked at individual doctors and not at practices. I responded - 'in that case consider my complaint as being against Dr Smout, since she is the lead GP.' Ms Holt told me that my complaint would be in a 10 day long 'chain'. I went on to say how deep was my concern - that 'British medical standards have been lowered beyond any imagination'.
The GMC was quick to 'de-register' my good and courageous colleague Mr Muhammad Adil FRCS for expressing his concern at the 'totalitarian' response of a psychopathic cabal of HMG ministers (underlined words mine) - early in 2020. His concern was mostly for the livelihoods of the people in the regions about him in the north. I found no reference to this 'kangaroo court' action by the GMC on its web site. I would guess that the action against Mr Adil was instigated within 'government'.

I learn from Derek and his wife, that no contact has been made by yourselves with Derek - your patient. I need not remind you of that truism - oft repeated - your 'duty of care'.
I have attempted to 'phone your practice just now. I heard Dr Thomas and had the 6 numbers. Prescriptions etc. I tried no 6 - re booking for 'vaccinations'. I heard the recorded message and then the line was closed. I imagined being a patient - in distress, or a relative, - someone with an acute illness or anxiety.
To say you are at 'arms length' would be a euphemism.
If I do not hear today that you have made contact with Derek Hopkins about the definite adverse effects of a 'vaccination' you were responsible for prescribing, and having it inoculated 10th March at 8.30 am, I will report your failure to to your duty as doctors to the General Medical Council

It was very prompt at 'de-registering' Mr Muhammad Adil FRCS early in 2020 for having spoken against HMG response to an acute respiratory with very low general mortality. His main concern was loss of many livelihoods, and the many adverse effects - especially on the vulnerable eg those already ill with anxiety and depression.

I am a close friend of Derek Hopkins DOB 30/05/1962. Address 19 Quay Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 2BU.
I write urgently to you in great concern about his health following an inoculation of what I presume was the Astra Zeneca/Oxford agent at 8.30 am 10-03-2021. (Not a 'vaccine') He knew that I was advising people against receiving this experimental agent against the overwhelming propaganda for its administration. But he wanted to see his father in his care home who he believes has not long to live. (He could have seen him at any time in this past year.)
I knew of his thoracic cage fractures in 1995 and the likely DVT which followed, along with at least three episodes of DVT subsequently. He phoned me re the last - about 5 years ago. He then had a 'plaster' on a leg following a diagnosis of a ruptured Achilles tendon. He was in extreme pain and the calf was swollen inside it. 'Reassurance' at the 'MIU' at NA. I advised that it be split immediately and his leg examined. That took place at Torbay DGH and I believe a scan showed several PEs. I know he has been on Warfarin since, and the INR is closely monitored by yourselves.
I saw him just before the 10th of March, and commented on how well this hard working man looked. I have seen him twice since, the last on Saturday 10th of April, when I took a fuller history and examined his 'rash' again.
History A 'jab' at 8.30 am Wednesday 10-03-2021. Splitting headache at 4pm. Soldiered on repairing a tractor tyre puncture. By 6pm felt 'rough' generally. He continued trying to work at his normal pace but by Saturday, a day when he almost always worked, he had to stay home. Lethargy was prominent. He returned to his work the next week but lethargy and muscle 'fatiguability' persisted - and to the present.
At a week a rash appeared over his limbs and belly. He phoned your surgery and a lady doctor assured him his symptoms were not due to the inoculation, and advised him to see a pharmacist for an ointment to rub on. The rash was fading a little he thought.
I had noted oedema of his forearms along with unusual patches of redness - some almost rhomboid in shape - on his forearms. Stretching the skin causes them to pale ie capillaries 'congested' - no diapedesis of RBCs. I noted a little desquamation of the red blotches on his calves.
Conclusion
His condition since 4pm 10-03-2021 is entirely due to the inoculation of an unnecessary agent. His condition - an affection of the intima, (with reported thrombocytopenia in others) was predicted by experts but their opinions have been ruthlessly censored. I could add further information re sagittal sinus thrombosis for instance but wish you to know that some patients showing these vascular effects have gone on to organ failure and death.
I advise you to see him as doctors who have encouraged this inoculation. (I have read your website text re the coronavirus, and emphasise that the mortality due to this virus alone is very low in people without co-morbidities.) You will be very aware of that central duty in our calling - 'do no harm'. And although it is late in the day I advise his D Dimer level be estimated along with an FBC and LFT's.

I have no reason to doubt her testimony. In keeping with the ruthless censorship, I am told by a GP colleague that her evidence has been removed from the Rapid Responses of the British Medical Journal, just as my fellow FRCS Muhammad Adil was 'deregistered' last summer by the General Medical Council. Whole teams are being taken out as they went to get vaccinated together.” Polyakova defended this position by revealing the experience she had had in recent months, managing a health service during COVID times, as well as professing to have “more vaccines in my life than most people.” While clearly not what has been commonly styled an “anti-vaxxer,” Polyakova wrote that coercive injections would be dangerous and against the ethical principles of the health service: “Mandatory vaccination in this instance is stupid, unethical and irresponsible when it comes to protecting our staff and public health.” “We are in the voluntary phase of vaccination, and encouraging staff to take an unlicensed product that is impacting on their immediate health, and I have direct experience of staff contracting Covid AFTER vaccination and probably transmitting it. In fact, it is clearly stated that these vaccine products do not offer immunity or stop transmission. In which case[,] why are we doing it?” Continuing, the consultant referred also to the undeniable lack of data about the hastily developed injections, questioning the long-term effects they would have, particularly on the health service: “There is no longitudinal safety data (a couple of months of trial data at best) available and these products are only under emergency licensing. What is to say that there are no longitudinal adverse effects that we may face that may put the entire health sector at risk?” Pointing to seasonal flu, which is a “massive annual killer,” which “inundates the health system,” Polyakova commented that the flu vaccines are not only voluntary, but also serve to protect against other illnesses of “higher consequence.” “Coercion and mandating medical treatments on our staff, of members of the public especially when treatments are still in the experimental phase, are firmly in the realms of a totalitarian Nazi dystopia and fall far outside of our ethical values as the guardians of health.”
