Further plea to Lord Hermer, Attorney General to England and Wales, to act against the holocaust in Gaza

It was copied to Baroness Kennedy from whom I have had no reply. There have been no replies either from Lord Hermer, nor the Inquest Team with whom I had been in courteous correspondence in a plea - again in respect of our laws, for an inquest into the unnatural death of David Kelly CMG DSc 17/18-07-2003. Baroness Smith of Cluny, Advocate General for Scotland is now added for her responsibility within both national and international law.

As the foremost law officers in the isles, including Northern Ireland, your responsibility and need for urgent reaction has never been greater. This holocaust grafted on to a genocide started with all determination and published intent in 1948, must cease this instant. And Britain was central in the crushing of the native people of historic Palestine.

The most inhumane and criminal actions ordered by the high command of the 'Israeli' government are streamed in every minute from the land - previously of 'milk and honey'. I know it well having been to Palestine and Gaza ten times as a surgeon to teach and help heal. My dear wife of 63 years, Susan, bravely accompanied me twice, the last being in 2011 via Rafah having been forbidden from setting foot in 'Israel'. My first visit was with the Voyage of the Dove and the Dolphin. This set off from Haldon Pier in Torbay 1-02-2003. The 20 minute film - 'Eyes Open Gaza' made of that voyage and of Gaza, clearly shows an ongoing genocide then with all evidence that those leading the de facto state declared in May 1948 had no respect for international law from its unlawful instigation in that year. As the most senior law officers you will be well aware of some of the most heinous acts being committed by a current member of the UN, and with the absolute complicity of 'democratic governments' in the 'West', especially the UK, US and Germany, with help of all sorts from the RAF it is alleged (read Jonathan Cook), and with corporate assistance eg Maersk shipping. The repeated slaughter or wounding of thousands in 'food aid traps' is reported daily. Your consciences might have been jarred by the loss of 9 children with one surviving of paediatrician Dr Al Najjar at the Nasser hospital - or what is left of it. She was unable to identify several as they were brought in because they were so charred. Her husband was in their home. When last heard he was surviving but with burns and skeletal injuries. Having studied the weapons of this ultimate pariah 'state', and visited the 'target' areas, I know that the weapon used on this family within their 'temple of the home' was a thermobaric one - formerly the often used Hellfire AGM 14. The peak temperature of the second explosion reaches 3000 degrees Celsius.

Day 613: a personal loss and looking for hope
 
613 days since the beginning of this wave of genocide.  Sad to report to you that the apartheid forces bombed the family building of my friend from Gaza Sakhr Intair (master degree in civil engineering). Both his parents and his two brothers were killed and are still under the rubble. I had talked to his parents only a few days ago. The surviving family members are also starving and like many friends and colleagues in the extermination camps of Gaza await their fate amidst the hunger and extermination games.
 
Is there hope for them? Is there hope for humanity? The Global movement (a global intifada) is growing. Hundreds of thousands of new activists joined the movement in the past 613 days but we arent there yet and the horrors continue. Friends go on ships trying to break the siege (now there are more calls for more ships from every country). Thousands are joining the land march to Gaza border 12-15 June. Demonstrations in every major city in the world (notable exceptions - the quisling dictatorial Arab regimes). Activists willingly pay a price for obeying their conscience. Friends and relatives are arrested and persecuted for speaking out. We push forward. In the US, police officers (and now National Guard and Marines) were "trained" by Israeli officers and inducted into racism and militarized. Conditions for global revolution are fulfilled. A genocide perpetrated by Western Governments does have a global effect even if it is carried out in an otherwise obscure corner of the planet (though termed a (un)holy land). It is after all the 21st century and the future of humanity is at stake. La luta continua.
