I included you as a cc I believe in my long e-mail to Lord Hermer 22-04-25. I have had no response from you. I should be grateful for a reply and for your raising the holocaust urgently in the HoLs. I am sad to see that he died in 2018. Ironically, that was about the massive war debt to the US, and that arising from our stance against fascists in WW2, and not the bloodbath for the rag tags of empire in WW1.

To Lord Hermer   Attorney-General of the UK via the Inquests Team in his Office,

My wife Susan and myself, with a friend, have been giving some monetary aid to Mahmoud Baroud PhD (Exeter), his wife Mona, their six children and wider family since the autumn of 2023. He has had access to a Lloyds bank account that he set up when reading for the PhD here in England. He has kept in touch with my wife by 'Whatsapp'. These are messages around and about 10 days ago -

"Greetings from Gaza. They are starving us to death. My eldest brother the mukhtar of the Baroud family was killed last week in the raid on the Nasser hospital.Please don't leave us alone. Any kind of donation to continue living and surviving is highly appreciated. Salaam to brother David, Sue and Jo."

I replied "We are sending a donation from Jo tomorrow.  We are with you in mind all the time Mahmoud. We are relieved to hear from you. The evil of themajorityof the Israelis is beyond the blackest imagination.  Love from Sue, Jo and Me. David"

"Dear Mahmoud, I went to the Nationwide bank this am. I instructed ... to send £600 to your ... account. It was returned immediately. Bank holiday. On Tuesday the bank will investigate and phone me. Love David" This has not happened before.('Our' bank has since confirmed that the blocking is maintained. Amounts of £100 were at the same time returned immediately.)
We received this message yesterday at 1216 pm -  

"Obviously they are besieging us and reject the money into my account. One of my friends there went to the bank by himself and explained that it was food and water for my children and family, and sorted it out last month.
I am messaging them and waiting for their response. I told them they are donations to buy food and water and that there is starvation."

It is five weeks since I wrote you a long but very important open letter in a continued plea for you to instigate an inquest into the death of David Kelly CMG DSc, now almost 22 years ago

I have had no answer. You are well aware that an inquest would bring barrister Blair to the right side of the criminal bar for war crimes, treason - and the rest. You are also aware that this current UK government is fully complicit in the current holocaust/shoah, and indeed in the genocide started with all determination 77 years ago. Among others, Ilan Pappe's book 'The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine' makes the intention and fact of genocide clear. bcc

The current government, as with previous administrations, has shown its complete moral and legal bankruptcy in regard to Palestine. I therefore resort to you as our foremost law officer to enforce the laws of our country and those international laws that our nation is bound to. They are well known to you, and some were discussed - but in a restricted manner, in your examination by the Select Committee on Human Rights 5-04-2025. Central is the Charter of the United Nations and the Genocide Convention. One can add the Convention on Human Rights of 1949 as chaired by the Council of Europe.

ONE Please direct Lloyds Banking Group PLC to restore full access to Mahmoud Baroud PhD - forthwith.
