In Part 1 I examined the failure of the letter's editor Dr Sharon Davies to publish my Rapid Response at about 9.30 am 10-11-2025 to this very important article in the BMJ https://www.bmj.com/content/391/bmj.r2347 entitled "Torture and Health Worker Complicity in Israeli Detention Sites" on the 7th of November in its Online edition.
The reasons for this moral and editorial failure are likely to be several. One will be the slavish obedience of many 'medical' journals to 'Big Pharmacy' over which Tel Aviv exerts some control. The Zionist entity almost dominates drug and 'vaccine' production. Another is the infiltration into important nodes of communication by those who are at least sympathetic to the Zionist 'ideology' based on supremacism and racism, and embedded by the word 'chosen'. There will also be the fear and tedium of Zionist attacks, short of actual book burning, with phone calls, torrents of e-mails, contact with the BMA which owns the BMJ etc. Add personal attacks but not so far as death threats put in previous years under the door of the BBC office in 'East' Jerusalem.
I say that there is no depth to which the psychopath will not sink. A prime example is a former Prime Minister who was and is wedded to the Z entity - the paramount psychopath and war criminal SIR Anthony Charles Lynton Blair KC - ironically. I am currently reading Blair Inc before sleep and without an anti-emetic.
A central fact is that the long line of war criminals since Nuremberg ONE have not been brought to the Hague. They have never imagined the rope around their murderous necks, as happened to a few of the Nazi doctors in their separate trial.

A month into the so-called ceasefire in Gaza, Palestinians remain unprotected and Israel continues to treat their lives as expendable. From President Trump’s declaration of the agreement to early November, Israel killed 241 Palestinians in Gaza, 117 of them children, and injured more than 600. It also continues to starve the population and has rejected some 75% of humanitarian aid requests. The details of the agreement remain vague, with no clear plan for implementation.
Life in Gaza continues to be horrifyingly lethal. Eleven-year-old Dima Abu Ashkayan, from Jabalya Refugee Camp, lost her entire family. She is one of over 58,000 Palestinian children orphaned by Israel’s attacks.

In about 1982 and when closing up an operation the Senior House Officer, who happened to be Palestinian by birth, said 'do you know what they are doing to us in Palestine Mr Halpin?' I have been asked many times why we are making this voyage to Ashdod and Gaza.
Firstly we know that many families there live in crushing poverty. The malnutrition rate in the children is reported to be 50% and rising. We are taking about 55 tons of essential foodstuffs. We are also of course taking ourselves and thus demonstrating our common humanity.
Secondly we are pointing the ship at a country which has been the centre of conflict and bitter dispute for 55 years. This demonstrates the bankruptcy of political institutions, both in this country and abroad. Thirdly, we will sail a course which is almost the same as the warships being sent by the bombers Blair and Bush. Our little ship represents all that is opposite. We stand for justice and peace and against the irrational and the destructive.
In the weeks following 11-9-01 and when the high altitude bombing of the Afghan people was starting, there were bumper stickers on cars in Florida which read "Nuke them till they glow". Millions of people in the UK are repulsed by such violence and hatred. Instead they would agree with the surgeon who says that "We should do our best to heal and not to harm’’
