First to instigate an inquest for David Kelly CMG DSc. This would be very lengthy and would involve as a witness, a central figure - the war criminal Sir Anthony Blair. Secondly to use your power as our foremost law officer to stop through exercise of UK agreements eg In the Genocide Convention 1949, the holocaust in Gaza grafted on to the 77yr long genocide of the Palestinian people.

You have remained silent, as you have done for example in the face of the incarceration of fellow humans who damaged an arms factory serving genocide. I add the arrest of those who like me oppose genocide and who support Palestine Action in its lawful attempts to stop Britain feeding genocide. In a just Britain your resignation would have happened already.

The 'hour being late', you might repent and take action to prevent the murder of a family - friends of ours in Gaza, namely Mahmoud Baroud PhD Exeter, his wife Mona and their six children. I will speak of them briefly but I have known them from 2006 having met them in Gaza where I have been 10 times, and entertained them here on this beautiful edge of Dartmoor - Haytor when he was writing his thesis on 'the influence of Arabic literature on the English novel'.

I interviewed him on camera, he standing on a mound by the Philadelphi Road in Rafah. This was the remnant of his family home. A few years earlier, in a previous invasion of the world's largest internment camp, he had been given over the telephone 30 minutes to leave with his family before it was dynamited. His sister was still living alongside, but underground; one child of 14 was very disturbed mentally having witnessed an atrocity carried out by the Israeli Occupation Forces.

I was sometimes alongside Mahmoud whilst he was with us in England, and at meetings where he eloquently spoke of his homeland. He told me of a grandfather who had lands by Bar-Saba before they were robbed in 1948. His family were some of the 250,000 fellow humans who fled to Gaza which then had a population of just 75,000. The other 500,000 were driven by the same terror eg Deir Yassin, force of arms and grotesque barbarism to other lands - Jordan especially.

We have stayed in contact, the internet serving in spite of the carpet bombing with alleged RAF assistance. And Susan and myself, with a good friend, have been sending money to a UK bank account which he has access to so they can buy water and flour etc. Via Whatsapp, he has sent pictures of his Gaza City apartment, the 'temple of the family', that is now mostly rubble.

I told you how his bank here barred access to our donations, but then took them under 'certain conditions' - untold. So the account became active again until a month ago when the Lloyd's account was found to be closed when our Nationwide branch here attempted a transfer of £400. He then suggested that we task Western Union with this. On 8-09-25 I arranged for £300 to be sent to Gaza. He then has told us that it no longer functions in Gaza and in desperation in feeding his family, he is investigating a Turkish pathway.

These are his last two messages Lord Hermer -

Saturday 13th September. "They stopped Western Union to Gaza so I could not get the money. I am trying to find an alternative. Which is that you send to one of the money shops in Turkey etc. "  And later -

"Right now there is remarkable escalation from the occupation forces in our area where they are targeting buildings and roads from the air and the sea. Doing this to force us to flee from Gaza city to the south. No places and no transport as well."

I replied - edited a little -

"Satans. But you Palestinians - through your lonely resistance and with your ultimate sacrifices, are showing our whole world the truth. Light and love are winning - through you all. We will see you in Britain Mahmoud, with Mona and the children. A country at present completely complicit with the Zionist Satans.

There have been no further messages by this afternoon Monday 15th.

for truth  and for 'no mother and child should be in the least harmed anywhere in our still beautiful world'.
