Dear Suzannah,

I have yet to reply to your brief e-mail when you told me that the 'PRWO' Mr Jonathan Rowlands had walked up the drove track, and then right up to No Man's Land a week or two after the 'fire', with two parish councillors.  I will do so but should be grateful for your help as numbered below.

1.  The PC has been privileged in receiving information from PC Robert Harvey about the arson.  Although I e-mailed him twice I had no replies from him.  He had replied about the theft of the post - in essence down to me.  You told me that he said the black Ford Focus had been sold on several times.  No crime number was given to me that your contacts with him had generated.  The registration plate (and I learn they are being stolen and swapped without DVLA or police action) was recorded by the PC chairman, Tim Boarer.  Please tell me of his relevant observations.  You told me he had walked up the track that afternoon of the 2-06-2020 and seen the car positioned on the track - at a point nearest the linhay we finished building with a good stone mason and carpenter in 1994.  Home to barn owls later - nest included by me in the building.

2.  You said Mr Rowlands was going to write to me.  4 months have passed.  I have heard nothing from him.  As you know I have never had any contact with him ever since he was party with Dr Matthew Fox and the parish council in the removal of the posts in October 2012.  The posts had been set in place by me and Mark Blaber, whom I have employed for most of 40 years in about 2000 to stop destruction, especially of the hedge bank I own.  You will know that I have cared for this ancient drove track for c. 40 years, about six years before I bought the 25 acres to the east in 1986. 

I have read again the two postings on my website found by searching <drove track>. My accounts are clear.  I do not retreat one iota from saying 'the culmination of a malicious campaign by the Haccombe with Combe Parish Council.

Briefly - I was trained in medicine at St Mary's Paddington from 1958 to 1964, and have been learning, and teaching, ever since.  The scientific principles were at the fore in the home of penicillin, and the hospital had a strong focus on infection.  We were taught very well in bacteriology, virology, epidemiology, and especially immunology.  The later by an unusually good teacher - Professor Ken Porter. the son of a railwayman - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rodney_Robert_Porter
Pathology was central in our teaching and I was 'good' at it.  Hence my continued interest in the 'unnatural' death of Dr David Kelly, a death uniquely never having been subject to an inquest - a sign of lawlessness in our dear country.

You unfortunately, along with many BBC commentators, including those on health, are not so well informed.  However, you saw fit to interview the Chief Constable in an unbalanced way.  It was almost an harangue.  You could see the strain on his face.  He is representing the Devon and Cornwall Police.  His force 'picks up the pieces', and that has to do with the lowest media standards.  You were citing several of many e-mails - in general demanding that the police should enforce 'The 2019/2020 Corona Virus Bill' - passed on the nod in just over 48 hours by a generally, morally bankrupt legislature.  And to apocalyptic societal and economic cost.  The BBC has amplified this C19 propaganda in every hour since.

Proposal for Health and ‘Wellbeing’ Centre in Teignmouth Town Centre

I noted the artist’s impression of a new department store at a corner of Brunswick Street in the MDA of 27th August. But then read that this was in fact for ‘health’ and ‘wellbeing’ **.

I recall that this structure and its siting was discussed behind closed doors about a year ago. Mrs Sylvia Russell defended the secrecy by saying that commercial, or similar categories, needed confidentiality. So much for democracy and ‘localism’. The shiny proposal is set to house one of three general practices. General practice has been the bedrock of OUR NHS, and the main purpose in spending £8 million would be for a centre for the GPs and their skilled staff. Central to that would be face to face contact rather than ‘video links’ etc being forced upon our tired populations.

So I look to the foundations, as to any building, and avoid a sandy base.

Flu Jabs for Vulnerable 65's

Adjuvanted (sic) Trivalent Influenza Vaccine:Seqirus

I have been invited twice by my GP surgery to have ‘flu vaccination.

I asked for details. “I should be grateful to know which vaccine I would receive and its contents.  Also - I  have in mind a surgeon whom I trained.  Some doctors at Torbay Hospital resisted 'flu vaccination first time around, but it was insisted upon.  c. 8 years ago.  This doctor/surgeon suffered a neural injury as a result, with a permanent effect.  My diagnosis, without examination - ?neuralgic amyotrophy.  I have seen this following ?tetanus immunization or ?toxoid administration for instance.  (edited)  Added - there were 'hot spots' of 'lock jaw'.  Daccombe was one, and that patient was a market gardener in that hamlet.  The good local GP promoted vaccination against tetanus.

I am sorry to add to your work but like to know what might be injected into me.  I add that I have not had the 'flu jab' for at least 10 years and have been lucky to 'escape' the seasonal A or B. My wife and her brother have never suffered 'flu!  This is food for thought. Many thanks David Halpin
