Andrew our son, and Izzy and Nel meet many people through Andrew's building supply firm, Smart Build, which continues to flourish ** - men doing work in their homes and gardens whilst off work, the complacent MCs using their 'savings' for new kitchens, loft extensions etc, and most importantly, the freedom for construction workers to be 'allowed' to work 'socially distanced'!!  As you know the latter policy - part of the 'great reset', is to stimulate box building, ''electric'' cars, etc so everyone is in insurmountable debt. The more people buy into 'never never' ''financing'', the more they become never never minds and of course, can never have freedom of thought and DISSENT after analysis of the avalanche of lies and corruption racing down upon them.

Workers told Andrew in ?April that a temporary mortuary had been built on an industrial estate in Exeter (Marsh Barton or Sowton - massive.  See the car showrooms in the former).  At the same time a permanent one was being built at Greenway, a large almost submerged estate in open country owned by a ? 'mafia' family - Carter.

I wrote to local publicans and hoteliers 17-1-2021 encouraging them to open as the restaurants were doing in their thousands in Italy - posted on my web site now: https://dhalpin.infoaction.org.uk/52-articles/covid-19/339-e-mail-to-local-pubs-and-hotels-and-the-chief-constable.

I included the Chief Constable of the Devon and Cornwall Police Force to whom I have written previously. As always there has been an automatic message saying that senior officers read all e-mails to the chief. I respect this courtesy, and the fact that the CC has an open e-mail address. It underlines the fact that in taking their oath to defend our laws, and thus ourselves, they are governing us by consent. They are citizens too, and they will see relatives losing their livelihoods, and sometimes their physical and mental health.

But I have had no words back from my friends in the local pubs and hotels. Sue and I share in the loss of being able to have a bite and moderate drink in a local, to associate with others, to have a joke and to inform each other, and get to know the name of a good local plumber builder or whatever.

These owners or licensees will be afraid of the “law” and the threat of large fines. Happily the police in Devon and Cornwall have been reticent I believe in enforcing a stream of often contradictory guidance, rules and actual ‘statutes’. Search UN - New World Order - and at least see the intro in this official 'United Nations' ' website.  One feature, along with others like unprecedented and ruthless censorship, is that it is 'all in our faces'.  They laugh in our faces just as they measure much, through for instance, the Behavioural Insights Team lead by Dr David Halpern in Westminster.  (Formerly ensconced in No 10 but now too big for that.)  All that CCTV footage in a country with more CCTV than any other 'democracy', that will show 99% of a gullible and timid public wearing filthy masks/Petri dishes as they queue - anti-social distancing at the food monoliths or the petrol stations.  (eg Trago where the diesel fuel for my Hilux - for logs to customers, is 10% cheaper than the rest).

There were several events typical of predictive programming. The WEF October 21stmeeting and the Great Reset was one (1). Here in Britain the orchestration of central, NHS and local responses to a respiratory disease suggested that plans were laid before the Wuhan outbreak was announced on the 12thof December 2019. For instance, the title of a most complex and lengthy bill nodded through in 48 hours in the Mother of Parliaments, was ‘The 2019/2020 Coronavirus Bill’. This would have required drafting lawyers and committees of MPs to crawl over this miscarriage for at least a month or so pre-Wuhan.

The author spoke of an apocalyptic atmosphere being engendered by the ‘hype’ attached to this recent addition to the ubiqitous corona virus family, first characterised in the 1960s. That it was probably ‘engineered’ ie not of natural origin by mutation, might have been an excuse for more fear than logic determined. There was a feeling of ‘End Times’ under a blackening sky; an inevitable spiral into the failure of systems with increased suffering and loss, especially for that large majority world wide who live hand to mouth. The author feared, and still does, that under the vast and masked distraction, and without the possibility of publics gathering in protest, a long planned attack on Iran was in those many psychopathic minds. (2) The latter are the zealots for destruction of other humans calling a nuclear weapon ‘tactical’.

The strategy has been to scare a large majority out of their remaining wits, and to keep repeating the big lie – that Covid_19 (C19) is very infectious and likely lethal. Every body set up to drive the policies, and there are hundreds, has been corrupt. The Chief Scientific Adviser, Vallance – previously of Pfizer, allegedly still owning £600,000 of shares in this firm with a criminal history in the USA, is one glaring example. And Professor Whitty, the Chief Medical Officer, is based at the London School of Medicine and Tropical Hygiene, which is said to receive large donations from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The corruption and mendacity is vast in scale, but ‘they’ press on without any accountability and ‘laugh in the faces’ of those who know.

Dear Dr Dyer,

I wrote to you on the 2nd of November.  There has been various correspondence since which I will refer to briefly.

Re Case 1.  The most abysmal treatment I have ever seen since qualification at St Mary's in 1964.

I attempted to contact you at Torbay but ended with Ms Fox, PA to Ms Davenport.  She told me you were 'off site' (I presume either at the Exeter ''Nightingale'' or re STP SW).  She was reading my correspondence to you - as I understand it.  I asked on a Friday for the records of Mrs Jean Owen (JO) to be sent to me on the Monday.  She had sent written permission to you for release of her records to me.  I was trying to get skilled help for her left arm, loss of which was threatened. An image taken in her home by Jo Clarke-Irons, about 2 months after presentation with a fracture of her olecranon process at Torbay A&E- ? open ? closed, is within the link above on my website. Lay people should be warned – disturbing.   Incidentally, I have never seen such thick nylon sutures before.

The records have never arrived here.  I probably asked also for the links to the digitised radiographs, in part to see whether there was evidence of ?open, ?closed fracture.
